Valve banned MMR abusers in Dota 2 - Raddan top 1 again

Valve has blocked unscrupulous players who managed to get high spots in the Dota 2 ladder. Three nicknames disappeared from the European leaderboard in matchmaking.

Ilya Raddan Mulyarchuk took the first place again. A day earlier he was overtaken by a player under the nickname tv/deepdoto, presumably engaged in rating spillover. The list was also left by gamers under the nicknames Du.Sadonix and nagi.^.

Now in the top 3 of the European ladder for the highest MMR in Dota 2 are Raddan, WS.GioTriso and Alimzhan Watson Islambekov. The latter led the ranking for a long time, but later he was overtaken by Mularchuk. At the time of publication of the material watson moved to the third line: at the same time, the player noted that he was tired of drafting at a high MMR.

The community is not sure who plays under the nickname WS.GioTriso - earlier he was also suspected of overflow MMR. The player has a Spanish flag in his profile. Player uwu.χaηaχ was also not affected by the lockout, although the community speculated that he might be an MMR abuser.

Valve released the patch to Dota 2 on the morning of December 19. In addition to a wave of smurf account lockouts and unscrupulous high ranked users, the Coldplay event was launched.
