Rostislav_999 has been banned from Twitch indefinitely

Dota 2 streamer Rostislav rostislav_999 Protaseni's channel on Twitch has been blocked.
The ban is indefinite, i.e. it will not be removed automatically, and unblocking is possible only by appeal. The specific reason is unknown. When users go to rostislav_999's page, they get a message that “the channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Sale”.
On 28 October, reddit drew attention to rostislav_999's challenge: he set a goal to reach the Titan rank, starting with 0 MMR, in ten days. On the platform criticised the streamer that he again began to play publiki with low ratings. Protasenya had previously been banned for this in Dota 2.
