NS on Dota 2: “Dump the rankings so people can start fresh”

Content maker Yaroslav NS Kuznetsov speculated on the need to zero out rankings in Dota 2. 

"It would help a little, in a way it would be a breath of fresh air. Dropping the rankings so people can start with a clean slate, turn over a new leaf.

I have a feeling they'll reduce the Titans' rating to 5,500, and flatten the rest even more. And that's it, then play the rating again. <...> In a short distance, it will be the renaissance of Dota in terms of online. I think that every son who has ever played Dota will think that there is something new and will fly into the top with the updated rating. <...> But they [Valve developers] don't do that for some reason."
