Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko, the leader of BandaNoone's Dota 2 roster, has named the strongest mid laner in the current meta. He shared his opinion on Pavel 9pasha Khvastunov's broadcast while commenting on the DreamLeague Season 24 qualifiers.
